Data Encryption

Account data — including your name, contact details and UPI or Paytm transaction history — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit over TLS. You can request a summary of the data we hold at any time.

Cookie Controls

Our cookie banner lets you accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies on first visit. Functional cookies required for account login and session security cannot be switched off, but all analytics cookies are optional.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for every account. We strongly encourage you to enable it via the Security tab in your profile. Login attempts from new devices trigger an automatic email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention

We hold your account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable Indian financial and gaming regulations after closure. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by writing to our legal email.

Requesting Changes

You can update your name, contact number and communication preferences directly in account settings. Changes to financial identity details — for example, your linked Paytm or PhonePe number — require identity verification before they take effect.

These terms apply where local law permits. Access and enforceability depend on the laws of your specific Indian state or territory. Check local regulations if you are unsure whether using the platform is permitted in your location.

We collect the data needed to operate your account: name, contact details, payment identifiers such as your UPI VPA or Paytm number, and transaction history. This data is used for identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention — not for sale to third parties.

Email our Data Officer from your registered account address and state that you are making a Subject Access Request. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and provide the requested data summary within seven business days, in a readable format.

You can request deletion of non-mandatory personal data at any time. Data required by Indian financial or regulatory law will be retained for the mandatory period even after account closure. Contact our legal email with your deletion request and account details.

Raise a formal complaint through our Help Centre first. If we cannot resolve it within 14 days, the matter may be escalated to a relevant arbitration or legal process under Indian jurisdiction, as detailed in the full dispute clause of our Terms and Conditions.

Material changes are notified via your account dashboard and the email address on your profile. The effective date of each version is recorded. Continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the updated terms — so check notifications promptly.

Your payment identifiers and transaction amounts are covered by our privacy policy and encrypted in storage. The actual payment processing is also governed by the terms of UPI, PhonePe or Paytm as applicable — we recommend reading those terms alongside ours.
